Our aim is to get the produce to you as close as possible to fresh picked – still containing plenty of vitality. Kevin's expertise at post harvest handling rapidly gave Pyramid the reputation for having the freshest and best quality produce. All orders are packed in the coolroom – never allowed to sit out. A constant temperature is maintained from the time the grower delivers it to us until it is loaded into air conditioned vans for delivery.

Thomas Chipman produced the first fully certified organic and gluten free corn chip in Australia in 2006-to satisfy the growing number of customers asking for more natural snack options.
With the two varieties of corn chips (Lightly Salted and Splendid Cheese) Chipman won the Best New Retail product for 2006 at the Fine Food Australia exhibition.
With the enormous success of the corn chip the organic range quickly expanded with the introduction of the potato chips:
  • Lightly Salted,
  • Cracked Pepper, and
  • Rosemary and Thyme,
  • and more recently Beetroot and Sweet Potato.
In mid April this year three more varieties—all super healthy and yummy-- will be introduced and we feel will be the most popular yet.
